- 1½ cans coconut milk
- 1 mashed ripe banana
- 1 package of shredded cassava (defrosted)
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (optional)
Mix all ingredients in bowl or mixer.
Line a square baking dish (8×8 or 9×9) with fresh banana leaves.
Fill it with the cassava mixture.
Bake it at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Let cool before cutting and serving
